Delivery

We deliver Internationally. In normal circumstances, the print(s) will be sent within 5 to 8 working days. Once the shipment is ready, we will send an email with tracking details. Domestic delivery is free of charge and may take up to 15 days. International deliveries are payable, calculated per package and country of destination. We usually send via DHL and delivery would take 20 to 25 days. If you prefer other service providers, do feel free to contact us.

Pickup service from Jugaad Foto Bazaar (JFB) registered office at Kalpetta, Wayanad is possible. Prior appointment is necessary for arranging pick-up. If you prefer faster service, express shipping costs will be additional and calculated based on the country of delivery. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Prints are made across a sale, under the direct supervision of experts. We take necessary precautions in packing as well. In case the prints reach you in a damaged condition caused in transition, do contact us within 24 hours. We will do the needful.

Cancellation Policy

We start processing your orders immediately.  We will provide 80% refund if you cancel within 2 hours. However, for cancellations made later than 2 hours 20% reimbursements shall be made. Thank you for your understanding. The refund will be made in Indian Rupee, irrespective of the currency with which the payment was made.
